Challenge

Travel content is dense. Destinations, packages, durations, and inclusions all compete for the same attention, and a flat presentation makes every option look the same.

Visitors arrive at different stages — some browsing, some ready to enquire — and the platform had to serve both without forcing one path.

Approach

01

Information architecture

Trips were organised so a visitor can move from a broad idea to a specific offering in as few decisions as possible, with a consistent shape to every listing.

02

Scannable detail pages

Trip detail was ordered by what a traveller decides on first, so the essentials read at a glance and the depth sits below for those who want it.

03

Enquiry as the primary action

The path to contact stays visible throughout the journey rather than living only at the end of a page.

04

Design and build

The interface was designed and developed together, so responsive behaviour and real content lengths were handled in the design rather than patched afterwards.

Delivered

  • UX structure and content architecture
  • Listing and detail page templates
  • Interface design system for the platform
  • Enquiry journey and calls to action
  • Front-end development and responsive implementation

Outcome

Trips are now organised around how a traveller actually narrows a choice, with one consistent shape for every listing and detail page.

The enquiry path stays reachable throughout the journey instead of only at the end of a page. The platform is live at enjaztours.com.
